Websites for cell phones decribes the new dot-mobi wave, which is helping small businesses reach customers through handheld devices. What has been your experience with accessing the web from your phone? Do you think dot-mobi will catch on in the US? Would you try this technology in your business?

How do you handle discrimination in the work place?

What are your thoughts on Federal Express Corp. v. Holowecki? And the most recent case, Sprint and United Management Co. v. Mendelsohn? How do you ensure that your employees are treated equally and fairly in your business? Have you seen discrimination in your work place? How did you handle it?
