How do you handle discrimination in the work place?

What are your thoughts on Federal Express Corp. v. Holowecki? And the most recent case, Sprint and United Management Co. v. Mendelsohn? How do you ensure that your employees are treated equally and fairly in your business? Have you seen discrimination in your work place? How did you handle it?

This is a very important topic, especially because of the current Social
Security solvency problems..The govt should be taking a very strong stance
regarding age discrimination, as this may deter companies from doing this.

Jobs change over time, while "one" person's viewpoint of wrongful termination may be based on emotion, rather than, fact.

Whereas, "many" people's viewpoint of wrongful termination may be based on the assumption that "grass is usually greener on the other side".

I currently work for ADP TotalSource which is a PEO (Professional Employer Organization). I truely believe the best way for a small to medium size company to get ahead is to enter a Co-Employment relationship. As the Co-Employer, we reduce the administrative bruden and all our clients to focus on the day to day operations and the profite producing portions of their business. We do this by paying our client's employees under our Fed ID number, and because of this we become the Employer of Record. We are able to offer our client's employees Fortune 100 level benefits, better workers' compensation rates, much richer 401K plans, unemployment insurance, and much more. The end result is our clients become an Employer of Choice. There's much more we offer, but I can't see any employer at least not willing to look into this offering.
