Thank you for the article on Panera Bread founder Ron Shaich. It is truly my favorate lunch spot, and it was very interesting to read how it got started. Mr. Shaich is a great businessman, and the statement he makes efforts to retain the good employees. You can tell that as soon as you walk in the door. He is so wise to take care of the people who take care of his business. Too bad so many business people don't understand that simple statement. What a wonderful person he would be to work for.
