Coca-Cola takes stake in Honest Tea
What do you think of Coca-Cola's purchase of a 40% share of Honest Tea?
Your Answers
Getting bought out by a corporate giant is the ultimate result of ANY successful small business.
As long as Coke doesn't change anything about the product that would be visible at the consumer level, who cares who owns it?

I feel that Coca-Cola is very wise on their investment choices. Especially when they bought out vitamin water. Its all about which bevarage company can stay on top and Coca-Cola are definently here stay.

Interesting how Coke never has been able to come up with new product ideas. Pepsi must be killing them either they buy a company (tea, energy etc.) or they do not generate their own ideas. Jeez wonder how much of that big payroll in Atlanta is worth it

"This isn't us selling out – this is them buying into what we're doing."
That's what eveyone who sells out says. Of course it matters who owns a business. Coca Cola obviously is not interested in anything but the bottom line…that includes you, your health, or your environment. Take a peek at Coke's business practices abroad. It's called Killer Coke for a reason and I'm not talking about the poor nutritional value.
