My company helps businesses process through Wells Farg and for e-commerce we offer smaller businesses a low-cost alternative to Paypal. Our product allows online purchases through a regular merchant account we set up for you at rates lower than Paypal. The application also works off any PC at the cash register in your retail bricks and mortar store and you can even process credit cards in the field on your cell phone. I can be reached at Credit Card Merchant News website http://creditcardmerchantnews.com

I just love your site and I had paypal take my business for over 9K this year already and I wanted to let you know that I have found a first party merchant account that offers un-advertised specials for Business that have been ripped off by paypal.com. Thought I would add a website to your list of alternatives. Here is the link.

Hello!

I want to tell you my story so that people will know the truth about AlertPay. I'm writing you since you wrote the article about them on CNN's site.

Two months ago or so I used another online payment system to invest in an autosurf site that could pay you a good return. I paid them with LibertyReserve and then requested via AlertPay because they allowed this. That autosurf then paid me. And I requested to withdraw that amount from AlertPay to my bank account. My alertpay account is verified as I sent all my papers and even talked to them on the phone. But they chosed to deny my withdraw and locked my account so that they can get my money. I earned those money correctly by doing webdesign and I knew that I risk to lose them in a autosurf program but never thought that the real thief is Alertpay. I've written them numerous emails and they threaten me with the Interpol and Scotland Yard. Are they kidding me? First of all I'm not obliged to tell no one about my money not to the Interpol, not to the CIA or ANS but even if that was the case they think I'm stupid to think that I did something wrong. And not that they stole my money and are now desperately trying to hold on o them by scaring me. I'm a tough woman, I work in webdesign for so many years and have met a lot of people and I'm able to know when I'm being lied to and stolen from.

Sorry for the long message but I hoped that perhaps you could do sort of a follow up on that story so that people won't be fooled again. I wrote them numerous emails but it's like talking to my parrots they ignore me and keep asking me the same questions that I answer again and again.

God bless,
Elisabeth

Steve Case's Revolution Money Exchange product is a viable alternative to PayPal. Their MoneyExchange product is comparable to Pay Pal, but better!!!!! It offers an easy and secure way to send and receive money online between accountholders for FREE!!!!

After evaluating and reviewing many alternatives, I found that Moneybookers and AlertPay are the most prominent. Both have good customer support, and are quite less restrictive than Paypal in terms of your country of origin. Also, fees are competitive and clearly stated in their websites.

I've been using AlertPay for a few years now, and I'm very happy with their service. They've been improving significantly over the last few years. They have been very responsive to my needs and are understanding. Go AlertPay go.

for our business there is Moneybookers.com still the prime processing system, because it is w/o recharge risk as PayPal or 2CO have, and easy transfer to VISA or Bank account within EU zone.

The fees are low, and they accept all national and international CCs and DebitCards allover the world.

AlertPay we try out for US customers who may have problems to open a Moneybookers.com account, with good experience.

PayPal we don't use anymore after they forced a paxpbak to a fraudulent buyer and we had the total loss of all.
PayPal supports fraudulent buyers in fact, no security for the seller if not both, buyer and seller, are within US.

Well we are yet to find a company that would allow international merchants to accept credit card payments or echecks without the requirement of their customers to create an account or merchants would process their customer's orders if the customer is not interested to go on the website to process a payment or place an order. Alertpay is a good company but if they can add these options, it will resolve lots of problems for internation merchants.

Alertpay is absolutely horrible.
I have tried and tried and tried to purchase something using my credit card (for $130).. every time it says I've exceeded my limit.. how can this be when it is my first purchase. Further investigation (ie I called them) showed they have a $100 limit on credit card transactions.. Ridiculous? You bet!
