After hours of setting at the computer and desk I feel I need movement. I am 66 and my joints need movement to stay functional. I practice a form of martial arts we call "Silver Dragons". It is the traditional martial arts blows, blocks, kicks, etc. done to the pace of Tai Chi. There are twelve forms to learn in sequential order. The concentration required to remember the forms, the body positions, the balance required and total concentration to the movements stimulates my mind and relaxes me. I feel rejuvinated after a brief session and can go back to work. GARY
