It defiantly saves money for the seller and the buyer (when using online services), but it's somewhat harder to sell your business without a broker also. I'm in Wichita Falls, TX. 110,000 people. I have brought people here from all over the country for businesses ranging in size from $100,000.00 to $1,500,000.00 Maybe it's just people wanting to come to Texas but online is where it's at. However, not all businesses are suited for online. Too small of a cash flow won't motivate someone in Chicago to come here unless it's just the move they're looking for. Newspapers are dead.
