very very true! at our small company we use Dolphia to monitor the web what they are saying about us. it’s like Google Alert, but more sophisticated. and it’s totally free! free tryout here:

Well I almost wish I could retract my previous post, I found the link.
It just was not as obvious as I thought it should be, buried within a sentence and only visible by a color change, not even underlined.
Come on you guys, I’m not color blind, but how are people who have vision problems supposed to find it ?
