Hello,
I was kind of surprised that Plasma sets were not covered in this article as they have been rated with the best IQ of all the flavors. They have the richest blacks and realistic looking whites. The color on my Panasonic (PZ4277U)is fantastic. I did a lot of research before I purchased and the best bang for the buck was in the Panasonic Plasma line. If you have money to burn then the next highest rated sets have been Pioneer plasmas. A good place for research that I've found on the web is at the AVS Forums for those who want to do the research themselves.
