Problems with defining *exactly* what you're getting/giving. Tax liability (cash only for the IRS). Barter company overhead (payable in cash please). Possible sales tax problems (also payable in cash please). By the time you're done, it is easier and cheaper just to pay money for what you need. If barter worked so well, there wouldn't be money.
